Larry is a business-adventurist and technology enthusiast.  Known for building and launching disruptive companies and P&Ls, he successfully created and developed six brands over the past 17 years, including contract office furniture, energy controls, and wireless technology businesses.  Earlier in his career, Larry worked for global organizations such as Steelcase, General Electric, and Legrand.

A multiple award-winning marketeer and product development innovator, Larry is a graduate of Michigan State University, holds two patents for wireless communication- and connectivity-based technologies, and is an avid fan of live music. 

His four children are all taller than he is and refer to him as “5-10 Larry.”  He doesn’t find that funny.

Paul Schneider

VP of Marketing + Biz dev

During his 15-year career in marketing, Paul has developed a knack for building brands and developing unique business models to drive them. In the past decade, his career has focused on renewable energy companies.

Paul studied marketing, design, and video production at Madison Media Institute and has received multiple awards and national recognition for his work. He has produced content for McDonald’s, Tide, The YMCA, and dozens of other organizations.

Paul has also directed and sold multiple feature films. He has a passion for making the world a better place, and he does this with the companies he works with, the electric car he drives, and the stories he tells through his films.

Paul has been married to his beautiful (and psychic) wife Alicia for 10 years and is the father of two little geniuses.

Mark Cecil

Mark has seen the world.  As a young man, he left the Midwest to sail the globe, serving more than 20 years in the U.S. Navy and Navy Reserve before retiring with the rank of Commander in 2005.

Before joining Aradatum, Mark was responsible for strategic planning, performance reporting, and field technology for Washington National Insurance Company, a subsidiary of CNO Financial Group.  He also worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers after retiring from the Navy. Mark studied Marketing at Missouri State University and earned both an M.B.A. degree and a M.S. in Accounting from the University of Missouri.

He spends his off-hours playing golf and cooking with his Big Green Egg, but freely admits he’s better with the grill than on the green.

Jason Abel

A courtroom king turned operational whiz, Jason Abel is Aradatum’s Chief Operating Officer and General Counsel.

Before diving into the tech world, Jason was a star in legal circles for 16 years, guiding Fortune 500s, spry startups, and even celebrities through complex legal battles.  Throw in a degrees in Political Science and Philosophy from Williams College with a stint at Oxford University, and you have a leader who is just as comfortable debating philosophy as he is negotiating strategy.

Outside the office, Jason transforms into a master escape artist, known for his unmatched skill in cracking even the toughest of escape rooms. But one thing is for sure – whether he is inside the office or out, Jason is always strategizing for the future.

Bryan’s overseen more than $65 million worth of energy and construction projects. So naturally, he has what it takes to lead an innovative company like ours We count on him to help Aradatum put together a winning team, set our strategy and direction, facilitate important customer and partner meetings, and overcome challenges on our way to becoming an indispensable part of 21st-century infrastructure.

Along with formal studies in Industrial Management, Energy Management, Business Law, Accounting, and Marketing Bryan continues to learn about the latest innovations in the energy industry by attending seminars and national conferences and networking with top minds in the field.

He’s also testified on making lighting upgrades and energy savings easier and more accessible to the State of Michigan Senate Subcommittee on Energy. You might say he’s plugged in.

Pete Price

Pete’s seen all the parts that come together to make a company succeed. He started his career as an automotive pattern maker, spent six years training to become a journeyman, then moved up the ladder to run a CAD department and eventually take over sales and engineering. At Aradatum, he’ll put all of those experiences together to lead our strategic alliances and train and manage our sales team across the U.S.

Pete’s excited about bringing connection, communication, and mobility to everyone, with a product that he believes has the potential to change the world.

His free time also takes him all over the world, racing sailboats for over 55 years and skiing for over 60 years. He’s married with one daughter who is a ski instructor and tour director in Germany.
